We believe in delivering quality service and maintaining transparency. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing any service.

1. Service-Based Refund Policy

Since we provide digital services and time-based work, refunds are limited.

✅ Advance Payment

Advance payments are generally non-refundable because we start planning, designing, and allocating resources immediately after confirmation.

✅ Refund Eligible Cases (Only if applicable)

Refund may be considered in the following cases:

  • If we are unable to start the work within the committed timeline due to reasons from our side

  • If we fail to deliver the agreed service and no work has been initiated

Refund decisions are made after reviewing the project status.

2. No Refund Cases

Refund will not be provided if:

  • The client changes their mind after payment

  • Delay happens due to missing content/inputs/approvals from client side

  • Work is already delivered partially or fully

  • The client requests extra features outside the agreed scope

  • The client stops responding after work has started

3. Cancellation Policy

If the client cancels the project after work has started, the amount will not be refunded, and the work done till that point will be shared as per progress.

4. Payment Disputes

We request clients to contact us directly before raising any dispute/chargeback with payment providers. Unfair chargebacks may lead to suspension of support and future services.
