All services are delivered based on the agreed scope, timeline, and payment terms shared on email/WhatsApp/invoice.
Work starts after advance payment (if applicable).
Full payment must be completed as per the invoice terms.
International payments may include processing fees charged by payment providers (Payoneer/PayPal/Wise/bank transfer), which are paid by the client unless agreed otherwise.
Timeline depends on:
Availability of content from the client (text/images/logo)
Client approvals and revisions
Project complexity
Any delay in receiving required details may extend the delivery date.
Revisions will be provided as per the package or scope discussed.
Major changes or additional requirements after approval may be charged extra.
You agree to provide:
Accurate business details, content, and branding materials
Timely feedback and approvals
Access details (domain/hosting) if required for setup
We may use third-party tools/plugins/themes/services to complete your project. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms, updates, or downtime.
Once full payment is received, the final delivered work belongs to the client, unless otherwise stated.
We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
We are not liable for:
Business losses due to downtime, third-party issues, or client misuse
Any indirect or consequential damages
